Randaberg Groups QUALITY- AND HSE MANAGEMENT MANUAL - regulate and set the standard for all our activities.
This manual is based on the requirements of ”Internkontrollforskriften” and NS-EN ISO 9001, and forms the overall guidelines for managing Health, Safety, Environment and Quality in Randaberg Group AS.
The company`s quality management system shall be approved and certified by an accredited body in accordance with NS-EN ISO 9001:2008, NS-EN ISO 3834-2 and The Pressure Equipment Directive (PED 97/23/EC).

Methods of management and control of critical and quality related activities are established by documented procedures, instructions, guidelines and other controlling documents.
Procedures and instructions is owned by and approved by department managers.
Quality Plan are established for each individual project related to spesific requirements.

Safety is defined by Randaberg Industries AS as all actions protecting health, safety, environment and products, as well as the company`s and our clients` property.
It is the management`s responsibility to establish safety objectives, create understanding and see to that safety is maintained during all phases of our total opration.
Safety is a management responsibility, but also a line responsibility, which includes all employees.
The HSE work shall be organized in a way that optimize internal communication and creates attitudes within each employee against injuries and negative influence on internal and external environment.
Management and basic values
A manager represents the company and the company values, both internally towards the collegues, and externally towards his business contacts. A manager shall follow sound , ethical and businesslike principles in his work and his relationship with others.
Managers shall contribute to the development of common goals and strategies, and when these are decided, be loyal to them and promote them internally and externally to the company`s business contacts.
Ethical principles
Employees may not be economically involved in, have personal interest in, or in other ways be engaged with competitors to RI, without the knowledge of the Management.
Goodwill, which the employee may achieve from clients and vendors, in his work for RI, shall not be used to promote personal interests.
Employees, which have access to company information, plans, technical data, business information, etc. through his work, shall treat all such information confidential.
